ABOUT

Our Head Chef Lewis de Haas is creating a collaborative feast menu with Ambra Papa, head chef at the institution that is Petersham Nurseries. Ambra will be drawing on her Tuscan roots for this dinner, which will take diners on a journey of her north-Italian heritage.
