Crispin Head Chef, Lewis de Haas, is creating a collaborative feast menu with Diarmuid Goodwin, head chef of Sager & Wilde exploring all things Sicily to bring some much needed sunshine to March.
Natalia Gordon, Bar Crispin, will be pouring Sicilian wines from Sager & Wine's portfolio. An exciting selection by the glass, by the bottle and a full wine pairing to transport you to Sicily terroir.
