Discover a dish created by Imogen that was inspired by Peter's exhibiting work 'The Place' (2018). Imogen's recipe creatively responds to both thematic and visual elements in the painting. 


This dish will require cooking and finishing at home. Serves 4. All ingredients included: 

Fish in Acqua Pazza

Yield : 4 servings

Ingredients

5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons capers (rinsed well and roughly chopped)
2-3 hot red chillies, cut into thin rounds
450g ripe cherry tomatoes

Flaky sea salt
Small bunch of fresh oregano

2 lemons

4 x 170g white flesh fish fillets
